Summer Special Healthy Banana-Raspberry Protein Shake.

 As everyone knows protein is very important for our body, especially when we lose weight then we need protein in our body.Making this shake Banana is the most important ingredient or YOU can say banana is a king of this recipe.This is the best and quick homemade shake.

Ingredients:-
 
1) Banana                   – 1
2) Peanut butter      – 1 tbsp
3) Flax Seeds             – 1 tbsp
4) Chia Seeds            – 1 tbsp
5) Coconut milk        – 1/2 cup
6) Raspberries           – 1 cup
7) Raw Rice Protein  – 1 scoop
 
Directions :-
 
Blend all ingredients in grinder untill smooth.Refrigerate it and enjoy ur chilled protein meal.
